First new model will hit the showrooms in July.
DSK Motowheels is planning to launch four new Benelli motorcycles this year in India, including the Benelli Tornado 300, Benelli TRK 502, Benelli BX250 and the Benelli Tornado Naked T-135. All motorcycles were unveiled at the Auto Expo 2016 last week.
The Benelli Tornado 300 will be offered with ABS from the time it is launched. Its naked version, the TNT 300, will also be available with ABS from July.
Shirish Kulkarni, Managing Director, DSK Motowheels, told Overdrive in an interview that the Tornado 300 is scheduled to be launched in July. He added that the TRK 502 will hit showrooms two months later (in September), and that the BX250 and the Tornado Naked T will be out in or around November.
The company also displayed the ABS versions of the Benelli TNT 600i and Benelli TNT 600GT at the Auto Expo 2016. Kulkarni has revealed that these will be launched in April. He further divulged that the TNT 300 and the Tornado 300 will be offered with ABS from July, and that the TNT 25 will be available with ABS from around September. The other motorcycles in DSK Benelli’s lineup will be equipped with ABS next year.
DSK Motowheels will launch the ABS version of the TNT 600i and TNT 600GT in April.

Regarding the Benelli Leoncino that was unveiled at the 2015 EICMA, Kulkarni mentioned that it would be launched in India in the first quarter of 2017.
