MV Agusta recently secured funding from Russian investor Black Ocean.
Italian motorcycle maker MV Agusta has released a new teaser video which ends with a silhouette of a motorcycle resembling the MV Agusta Dragster 800. The bike showcased also gets dual-purpose tyres, hinting the possibility of a Scrambler.
The video also teases the alphabets RVS which is an acronym for ‘Reparto Veicoli Speciali’, loosely translating to Special Vehicle Department. While details remain sketchy at the moment, a limited edition of the MV Agusta Dragster 800 as a scrambler cannot be ruled out.
The manufacturer had earlier announced that the company will be focusing on limited edition motorcycles with smaller runs. This will allow the company to charge a premium for their bikes, helping them register a profit, a column that has not had entries for several years.
