The bookings for the Mahindra Mojo has commenced in a few top tier cities across the country, for an advance amount of INR 10,000, reports Overdrive.
The Mojo outputs 26.6 bhp from its 295 cc liquid-cooled engine.
The extensively spied motorcycle from Mahindra, recently was handed out for customer trials. Belonging to the highly competitive quarter-litre segment, the Mahindra Mojo has promising specifications on papers, starting from the 295 cc single-cylinder, DOHC, liquid-cooled and fuel-injected engine, pushing out 27 bhp max power and 30 Nm peak torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
Other vital components in the Mahindra Mojo include 37 mm Paioli inverted forks upfront, stubby monoshock at the rear, Pirelli Diablo Rosso II radial tyres measuring 10/70-R17 and 150/60-R17 at front and rear respectively, 320 mm front and 240 mm rear disc brakes without ABS, twin-exhaust pipes (one on each side), and 21-litre fuel tank.
The flagship Mahindra motorcycle also has sporty features like dual headlamps, eyebrow-shaped LED pilot lights, analog tachometer with LED rev-follower, digital (LCD) instrument panel with clock, speedo, odo and two trip metres; and a special dual-tone variant (red and white) resembling the Mahindra Racing livery.
A semi-digital instrument cluster and LED light guides will be among the Mojo’s features.

The Mahindra Mojo was last showcased in India at 2014 Delhi Auto Expo. The market launch is expected in September, and delivery commencement in October.
